Lee has been with ActionCOACH since March of 2003 and has built every type of business possible within Action from a Stand-Alone Coaching Practice in North Atlanta, to a Small Firm (Before the concept of the Firm was proven as it has been today.), to the Master Territory for the state of Tennessee. Prior to Action, Lee was an executive at Hewlett-Packard where he started four internal businesses and he started several successful businesses with a variety of partners in Indiana, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Georgia, Colorado, and California. Lee serves on the board of directors for Health Data International and speaks internationally on various business topics.
Lori has also owned her own business and been an ActionCOACH Client. Now she helps Jim and Lee recruit coaches in Tennessee and supports Lee in his coaching business in Georgia.
Jim started out as one of Lee's Coaching Clients back in 2006. At that time, he was the area developer for a franchise out of Canada. He joined the ActionCOACH of Tennessee team as our coach recruiter in 2007.

Bernice is our front-line contact for most ActionCOACH Business Coaching Candidates in Tennessee. She helps helps new candidates see if ActionCOACH is a fit for them and if they are a fit for ActionCOACH.
Melissa Rutherford
Acountability Coach
Melissa is the regional accountability coach for coaches in the Great Plains states, including Tennessee. While Lee is the acting Coaches Coach, Melissa helps him by working with the coaches to ensure that they are on track with their 90 Day Plans and local development plans.
